Order Processing & Dispatch
As soon as you place your order, we get to work. All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Orders placed before 1PM are usually shipped the same day.

Orders after 1PM are shipped the following working day.

Orders on Sundays or public holidays go out first thing Monday.
We don’t waste time and neither should you.
Global Shipping (No Limits)
Yes, we ship globally to every country, region, and island that standard courier networks can reach. Whether you’re in New York, Nairobi, New Delhi, Naples, or New Zealand - if you’ve got an address, we’ll get your order there.
We use trusted international couriers to deliver safely and efficiently. No restrictions. No ‘we don’t deliver there’ disclaimers. Just global delivery, done properly.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will arrive in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your country and location. Some remote regions may take slightly longer but you’ll always be able to track your package in real-time. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Free Shipping - Always
No matter what you order or where you live - shipping is always 100% free. There’s no order minimum. No checkout surprise. Whether you buy one product or five, we cover the cost.
Duties & Taxes
We do everything we can to prepay duties and taxes for major countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. But depending on your location, some countries may apply local import taxes or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. These cases are rare but if it happens, we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged - we’ve got you. Just email us at info@serenitynose.com and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost OR give you a full refund, no questions asked
Address Mistakes
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you notice a mistake, email us within 6 hours of ordering so we can try to fix it before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, we can’t change the address.
